Refund policy
YOUR HEALTHY DANCER – TERMS OF SERVICE & LIABILITY AGREEMENT
1. INTENSIVE WORKSHOP POLICIES

The Baseline Rule: Individual student registration tickets purchased by parents for on-site Intensives are strictly non-refundable. No cash, check, or credit card refunds will be issued if a dancer is unable to attend due to a schedule conflict, change of mind, or standard illness.

The Transfer/Credit Exception: If a dancer cannot attend their registered workshop, the registration value may be completely transferred to a sibling or classmate within the same studio, or applied as a credit toward a future Your Healthy Dancer event, provided written notice is sent to yourhealthydancer@gmail.com at least 48 hours before the event begins.

Minimum Student Cancellation Threshold: Your Healthy Dancer reserves the right to cancel or reschedule an intensive workshop if the host studio's collective registration fails to meet the required minimum threshold of 10 dancers. In the rare event that Your Healthy Dancer cancels a workshop due to low enrollment, parents will receive a 100% full refund credited back to their original payment method within 3–5 business days, or they may choose to convert the full amount into standalone 1:1 private coaching credits.
2. STANDALONE 1:1 COACHING & PACKAGED BUNDLES

The Baseline Rule: All sales for individual standalone coaching sessions or packaged bundles are final. No refunds will be issued for any reason.

The Rescheduling Window: Dancers may reschedule an upcoming 1:1 session at no additional cost, provided the request is submitted via the client portal at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time.

The Late Cancellation / Missed Appointment Fee: Any session canceled, rescheduled, or missed with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a $50 missed appointment fee. This fee must be settled through your Shopify account before a new session slot can be booked or held on the live calendar.

Coaching Package Expiration Dates: To ensure client momentum, all sessions included in a multi-session bundle must be scheduled and fully completed within 6 months of the original purchase date. Unused sessions past this 6-month window are automatically forfeited and are non-transferable.
5. DANCER CARE KIT RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Thank you for purchasing the Dancer Care Kit! We want to ensure you are entirely satisfied with our product. Please review our structural guidelines for physical product returns below:
- 30-Day Return Window: You may initiate a return for your physical Dancer Care Kit within 30 days of your original delivery date.
- Condition of Items: To be eligible for a refund, the Dancer Care Kit components must be unused, unaltered, and securely packed in their original packaging (including the custom drawstring pouch).
- 15% Restocking Fee: All approved physical product returns are subject to a mandatory 15% restocking fee, which will be automatically deducted from your final refund amount.
- Return Shipping Costs: The buyer is fully responsible for arranging and paying all return shipping costs. Shipping fees from your original order are non-refundable.
- How to Initiate a Return: Please contact our support team at yourhealthydancer@gmail.com with your order number to request a return authorization and mailing instructions. Do not ship items back to the host studio or our primary business office without prior approval.
