Terms of service

I certify that I am a legal adult registering for myself, or the Parent or Legal Guardian of the registering minor, and explicitly agree that this cancellation policy applies to the participant. I have read, understood, and explicitly agree to the Your Healthy Dancer Terms of Service, including the Intensive and Coaching No-Refund Policy, the 24-hour 1:1 coaching late-cancellation policies, and the Liability/Media Releases.

1. LIABILITY RELEASE & FUNCTIONAL MOVEMENT SCREENING DISCLOSURE

• Scope of Education: Your Healthy Dancer has one purpose in mind—to help your dancer be healthy now and, most importantly, for a lifetime! Client acknowledges that services consist of health and wellness education. These services are do not constitute as medical treatment, physical therapy, medical nutrition therapy or medical diagnosis.

• Liability Waiver: I hereby hold harmless, release, and forever discharge Your Healthy Dancer, its owner Genevieve Sepulveda Carrasco, and its contracted staff from all liability, claims, petitions, and causes of action which I, my child, or my heirs may make while participating in workshops or individual coaching sessions.

2. INTENSIVE/ WORKSHOP MEDIA USE RELEASE

• Intensive/ Workshop Participants only: I hereby grant and authorize Your Healthy Dancer the right to take, edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish, distribute, and make use of any and all pictures or video taken of my dancer by Your Healthy Dancer staff. These materials will be used strictly for legal promotional materials including, but not limited to, newsletters, website displays, and social-networking marketing reels, without payment or further consideration. This authorization shall continue indefinitely unless revoked in writing to yourhealthydancer@gmail.com.
