As a NASM Certified Nutrition Coach, Genevieve specializes in demystifying food myths, breaking down restrictive habits, and building custom frameworks. This is a dedicated, private space to deep dive into your unique metabolic needs, providing the precise programming, structural support, and elite accountability you need to feel fully nourished and full of energy.

The Initial Consultation (45 or 60 Minutes)

Your journey begins with a comprehensive, one-on-one deep dive conducted via video call. Together, we focus on three primary pillars:

  • Lifestyle & Health History Review: Evaluating your past medical history, current dance scheduling, and daily energy outputs.

  • Goal & Obstacle Mapping: Discussing your big-picture health, performance, and body composition goals, while identifying the lifestyle obstacles holding you back.

  • Customized Metabolic Assessment: We analyze your specific variables—including age, height, activity level, athletic goals, and desired training timeline—to calculate your exact energy requirements

Takeaway Asset: Following your initial session, you will receive a comprehensive, personalized PDF guide outlining your precise, scientifically calculated daily calorie, carbohydrate, fat, and protein targets.

Meet Your Nutrition Coach

Genevieve Sepulveda Carrasco, BA is the Founder and Educational Director of Your Healthy Dancer, bridging the gap between performance artistry and sports science to equip dancers for a lifetime of sustainable movement. Backed by 13 years of experience as a dance educator and a professional performance career spanning Los Angeles to New York City, her mission is driven by her own recovery from career-ending chronic pain.

Today, she leverages a CSULA Post-Baccalaureate Certificate in Nutritional Science—where she is an incoming Master’s candidate on the path to becoming a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN)—alongside her credentials as a NASM Certified Nutrition Coach and Corrective Exercise Specialist. Having already trained over 400 elite dancers and athletes at institutions like the OCSA Ballet Conservatory and Vanguard University, Genevieve uses her evidence-based frameworks to transform passionate artists into resilient, high-performing athletes.

  • Cancellation Policy: Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will incur a $50 fee.

  • Expiration Policy: All coaching packages must be utilized within 6 months from the date of purchase. Any unused sessions after this 6-month period will automatically expire.
