I am excited to introduce the Dancer Care Kit by Your Healthy Dancer. My mission from the start has been to help dancers move better, feel stronger and dance longer. 

While dancing professionally, then teaching dance & injury prevention strategies, I continued to see a huge need for proper care of dance injuries and blisters/skin irritations.

Our kit is the answer to years of asking "How can we equip the entire dance community with the education and tools they need to care for their bodies?"
